ABOUT US
(OUR STORY)
Most branded content is designed to capture attention, engineered to keep people engaged for as long as possible. At IMPACT, we’re interested in a different question. What role does media play in shaping trust, self-belief, readiness, and the conditions that precede transformation? We create neuroscience-informed cinematic films that help health and wellness organizations express the depth of their impact while exploring how storytelling influences the way people engage with experiences designed to help them heal, grow, and change.

Robert Bean didn’t come to this work from the outside. For more than twenty years, he lived inside addiction, compulsive behaviour, and the frustration of searching for change while repeatedly finding himself back in the same patterns. A career as a commercial pilot taught him precision, discipline, and control. But his own healing journey revealed something deeper. While studying nervous system regulation, meditation, trauma, and behaviour change, he became increasingly interested in the stories people carry about themselves, and whether storytelling media could help shift the beliefs that often determine who succeeds and who doesn’t.
This isn’t abstract for Robert.
He knows what it feels like to spend years searching for the right solution while carrying the same internal story into every new attempt at change.
He knows what it feels like to do everything you’re told to do and still find yourself pulled back toward familiar patterns. Even when you’re committed. Even when you’re trying. Even when you know better.
What ultimately changed his life wasn’t information alone. It was gradually changing the story he carried about himself. The beliefs that shaped what felt possible. The identity that determined how he showed up.That experience led to a question that became impossible to ignore.
If story influences identity, and identity influences behaviour, what role does storytelling play in human transformation?
That question became the foundation for IMPACT.
Today, our work sits at the intersection of storytelling, nervous system regulation, and human transformation. We create films that help organizations communicate their impact more deeply while exploring whether story can do something more profound than raise awareness.
Whether it can help shape the conditions that make lasting change possible.
