Tectonic Design Build

We stepped in first as consultants, developing a high-converting Video Sales Letter funnel and shifting them to an education-first strategy that nurtured leads before the sale. Over two months, we built a new website, high-value content offer lead magnet funnel, a story-driven email sequence, 16+ retargeting assets, and assembled a specialist team—including a HubSpot integration firm, Meta ads manager, and SEO team—to execute at a high level.

 

With our system in place, Tectonic has seen a 3x increase in leads compared to last year, and still managed to smash their Q1 goals in just 1.5 months of being live. Now, our partners are actively testing and optimizing—ensuring sustained growth and a clear path forward.

Phoenix Haus

Phoenix Haus had already earned a decade-long reputation in high-performance prefab. But beneath the technical brilliance was a story few had heard: how a childhood illness sparked a founder’s lifelong mission - to make homes that support health, not silently compromise it.

We helped bring that Origin Story to the forefront, shifting from specs and stats to soul and substance. We rewired their entire funnel: new messaging, a storytelling-led website wireframe, lead magnet, and a story-driven email nurture sequence that turned browsers into believers.

The results: conversions jumped from 0.5% to 3%. Sales calls rose by 350%, peaking at 950% during the winter months. But more importantly, people finally felt the depth behind the brand. Not just prefab, but a promise: that where you live should help you heal.
